Environmentalists and Indigenous leaders launched a 108-mile Women’s Water Walk to protest the proposed Constitution Pipeline, which aims to transport natural gas into New York. While proponents argue the project will save consumers billions, opponents fear it threatens water quality to power artificial intelligence data centers. The 16-day march is scheduled to conclude on October 4, when participants will deliver collected water to Governor Kathy Hochul.
